Your health and well-being is of extreme importance to us and we are doing everything we can to protect you from the Coronavirus. Please note the guidelines below to help us keep you and our staff safe.
Our staff will be taking extra care to sanitise whilst working. We recommend washing your garments after receiving your order. We will not be accepting unwashed clothes under any circumstances.

how it works
1. think about what garments you want and how you would like to personalise them. (FOR EXAMPLE, WILL YOUR ARTWORK BE EMBROIDERED and/or printed? WHERE WILL the placement of your artwork be on the GARMENT?)
2. browse THROUGH OUR digital catalogue. if YOU ARE UNSURE about what products to order, WE CAN MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS. alternatively, YOU CAN PROVIDE YOUR OWN GARMENTS*.
3. EMAIL US YOUR ARTWORK (preferably in a high resolution JPEG, PDF OR EPS FILE) ALONG WITH WHAT ITEMS YOU REQUIRE, SPECIFICATIONS OF WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE AND WHEN YOU NEED THE JOB COMPLETED.
4. WE WILL RESPOND TO YOU WITH A QUOTE. oNCE CONFIRMED, WE AIM TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 7-10 WORKING DAYS. PLEASE NOTE THIS timescale CAN Vary depending on the size of the job. if you require something urgently, call us and we will see what we can do.
5. Once completed, we will notify you to arrange collection or delivery. please email or call us for details on payment.
*please note that we will not accept garments that are unwashed.
